Advisory on new office setup
Advisory for onboarding and exit of vendors
While onboarding of new vendors, due diligence to be done & provide advisory on the onboarding of the new vendor basis on a risk assessment
Documents for the last three-six months to be procured from such vendors, basis which internal audit team to verify and share a report
Checking compliances pertaining to the exit of vendors especially in case of any BOCW related activities. Checking necessary surrendering of licenses and submission of closure documents being part of the services.
